Job Summary

Assist the HR Direct team with accurate data entry into HR systems (Workday or equivalent HRIS), maintain HR documentation and records, support process compliance by following established procedures and flagging discrepancies, respond to or route HR Operations inquiries, conduct audits of employee records for data accuracy and completeness, and support ad hoc HR Operations projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to an HRIS platform (e.g., Workday)
  • Experience in an administrative, data entry, or HR support role
  • Familiarity with HR operations processes or service delivery models
