The HR Operations Coordinator role supports the HR Operations team with onboarding/offboarding, Workday data entry for personnel actions, drafting memos on personnel actions, auditing new hire data, and related processes (I-9, E-Verify, departures). Responsibilities include handling HR requests, monitoring the HR mailbox, processing payroll advances and invoices, and assisting with HR reports while maintaining compliance and confidentiality. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset in a hybrid Bay Area environment; typically involves coordinating across onboarding activities, location transfers, and other employment matters with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of HR experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
