Job Summary
HR Operations & Systems-focused role overseeing HR data, benefits, leave administration, compliance, and policy documentation; manages HRIS, data integrity, reporting, open enrollment, audits; requires advanced Excel; strong knowledge of employment laws; multi-state responsibilities; requires 2+ years HR admin/benefits experience; high attention to detail, analytical mindset, initiative, collaboration, integrity, ability to handle high volume.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR admin, operations, benefits experience preferably in a Generalist, Coordinator or Share Services type role
- A track record of effectively managing HCM technology, shared services and/or benefits administration
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skillset including writing advanced formulas, analyzing large volumes of data, pivot-tables and macros
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Detail-Oriented – Recognizes discrepancies and digs in deep to understand why
- Analytical – Uses the right data to help inform and make decisions; applies critical thinking both strategically and tactically; is a wiz with Excel
- Initiative Taker – Empowers themselves, brings solutions, has a bias for action and is highly accountable
- Collaborative – Works well with others, solicits feedback, and has a positive upbeat personality who focuses on opportunities rather than obstacles
- High Integrity – Ability to use discretion and judgment to resolve sensitive issues; demonstrated integrity and ethics in handling confidential information
- Gets Dirty – The ability to be comfortable with a high-volume workload, ambiguity, changing priorities and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"
- Effective Communicator - Has exceptional communication skills, both in composing thoughtful written communication and sharing complex information verbally
- Humble – Lacks ego, shares credit and defines success collectively with a curious mind for learning
