Human Resources Operating Model & Governance Lead Analyst

Job Summary

Evaluate and enhance HR governance processes, meeting cadences, tools, templates, reporting, scorecards, and ways of working to improve effectiveness and business impact. Maintain a clear view of enterprise HR initiatives by coordinating governance forums, tracking decisions and actions, and synthesizing inputs from Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and Workforce Economics. Continuously improve reporting outputs and performance measures to provide visibility into progress, outcomes, risks, and value realization. Design, standardize, and simplify templates, workflows, and operating model outputs while identifying automation opportunities using low-code tools and AI. Requires 7-10 years of experience in analytics, governance support, or portfolio operations with direct experience building integrated reporting and decision-support outputs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 7-10 years' relevant experience
  • 6 or more years of experience in analytics, governance support, enterprise reporting, portfolio operations, business operations, Project Management Office support, or a closely related field
  • Direct experience building and maintaining integrated reporting, scorecards, portfolio views, or decision-support outputs used by leaders
  • Direct experience supporting enterprise governance or prioritization rhythms, including tracking decisions, actions, and recurring outputs
  • Direct experience producing integrated, decision-useful governance and reporting outputs
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience building dashboards or working with visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Strong Power App, Excel and PowerPoint capability
  • Ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly
  • Working knowledge of low-code or no-code tools to support workflow and reporting automation
  • Interest in learning and applying new tools, including AI-enabled solutions and workflow automation
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, English major preferred
  • Candidates may come from Human Resources, Project Management Office, operations, analytics, finance, or similar settings
