Job Summary
Admin visas, work permits, and immigration matters for expats while maintaining employee files, internal databases, and records for OT and leave. Liaise with government officials and assist new hires with regulations, work rules, and uniforms. Execute recruiting processes to support hiring needs under supervision. Requires a Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration, with 0-1 years of experience in HR administration and databases. Fluency in Thai and English is essential. Full-time, five-day work week with health insurance, provident fund, and flexible time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration and other related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in HR administration, HR Systems and databases is a plus
- Good verbal and written communication skills, Thai and English
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks in the responsibilities
