Human Resources Officer

Coordinate recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee orientation processes to attract and retain top talent. Serve as a trusted advisor to supervisors and employees on workplace issues, employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation. Administer employee benefit programs, compensation initiatives, open enrollment activities, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including ACA, EEO, OSHA, I-9, and retirement plan obligations. Manage employee performance reviews, leadership development, succession planning, and training programs. Oversee HR systems, employee records, workforce analytics, reporting, and audit coordination. Conduct workplace investigations, manage disciplinary processes, and guide leave administration, including FMLA. Collaborate with Finance on payroll governance and regulatory reporting. Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or business, 3+ years of experience, and strong communication skills.
