Human Resources Market Director

Administer and oversee all day-to-day operations of the human resources function across two medical centers, managing employee relations, recruitment, retention, benefits, and worker's compensation. Direct and coordinate two or more departments through subordinate managers, reviewing and evaluating overall performance while establishing long-term goals and objectives. Approve training and development programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local registration standards including Title VII, ADA, and FMLA. Supervise human resources staff at multiple facilities to align facility processes with the parent health system's strategies for quality outcomes and cost-effective care.
