Job Summary
Plant Human Resources Manager at a consumer goods facility in Macon, MO, reporting to the Senior Director of HR. Lead a team of three, overseeing all facets of HR for ~350 employees including employee and labor relations, talent acquisition, training and development, EEO/AAP, benefits, compensation, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include strategic HR guidance, employee relations management, talent and organizational development, full-cycle staffing, HR program implementation, training design and delivery, compliance and risk management, culture and engagement, performance and compensation processes. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing and 2+ years of supervisory/management experience; relocation assistance is available.
Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of progressive HR experience within a manufacturing environment
- 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in a production plant setting
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and peers
