Job Summary
HR Manager responsible for leading end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding programs, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, benefits administration, OSHA compliance, workers' compensation, and leave policies (FMLA). Oversees HR operations, workforce planning, and compliance with employment and labor laws; supports organizational culture, change initiatives, and employee engagement. Requires strong communication and problem-solving abilities, relationship-building with leaders, and partnering across the organization. Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred. In-person role based in Matthews, North Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Experience in human resources management with strong background in human capital management
- Knowledge of employment & labor law compliance including OSHA regulations and workers' compensation procedures
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
- Experience with benefits administration systems such as Paychex or ADP; data entry and report generation proficiency
- Ability to lead change initiatives using change management principles; employer branding experience a plus
