Job Summary
HR Manager to provide comprehensive generalist and operational HR support across multiple international offices (London, Brussels, Shanghai, Hong Kong). Responsible for employee relations, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, recruitment coordination, HR policy administration, payroll liaison, HR analytics, and compliance across Europe and Asia. Works with multi-country employment frameworks, ensures consistent application of HR policies, and supports immigration processes (UK) as well as visa and right-to-work requirements. Demonstrates strong advisory capabilities to attorneys and business professionals, partners with US recruitment, and champions wellbeing and inclusion while maintaining accurate employee records in Workday and other HR systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years’ progressive HR generalist experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience supporting HR across multiple jurisdictions (UK, Europe, Asia)
- Experience with HRIS (Workday or equivalent)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- CIPD qualification (or active progress toward certification)
- Experience with Workday or a comparable HRIS platform
- Experience supporting HR functions across multiple jurisdictions (UK/Europe/Asia)
- Proven track record in HR generalist roles in professional services or law firm environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with UK immigration and right-to-work processes (preferred)
- Experience with payroll liaison and HR analytics
- Leadership and advisory capabilities across all levels of the organization
