Job Summary
Strategic HR leader expected to drive succession planning, strengthen retention, and elevate the employee experience across the organization. Partners with regional leadership to align people strategies with business objectives across the full employee lifecycle, supports benefits administration and payroll processes, and contributes to recruiting efforts to deliver a seamless employee experience. Responsibilities include designing and managing succession strategies, identifying high-potential employees, leading employee feedback initiatives, developing recruiting strategies, analyzing staffing trends, advising managers on workplace issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws, supporting performance management and termination processes, and maintaining HR records and reporting. Travel domestically 20-30% is required. HRIS, benefits, open enrollment, and confidentiality are key skills. Formally preferred HR certifications (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR) are noted.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and benefits administration
- Proven experience in succession planning, engagement, and retention strategies
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred
