Job Summary
Lead and partner with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, drive change management and a high-performing culture, provide compliance with labor laws across geographies, coach leaders on disciplinary processes and employee relations, and steer performance management, development planning, learning & development, and workforce planning with global HR teams. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (MBA preferred), 2+ years in tech, deep knowledge of HRIS/ATS, and the ability to travel up to 10%. The role is full-time, on-site at Vaisala’s Louisville, CO office and involves overseeing talent attraction, engagement, and movement, along with broader HR initiatives and M&A support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, MBA preferred
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience with a technology company
- 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles (preferred)
- Competency in Microsoft Office 365, payroll processes, HRMS, and ATS systems
- Ability to travel up to 10%
