Human Resources Manager

HR Manager responsible for managing the daily operations of the HR department and team under the direction of the HR Director. Leads and counsels leaders on staff performance and compliance, provides work direction for the HR team, and assists with special HR projects and committee participation. Requires 5 years of generalist HR experience, 3 years of supervisory experience, and a PHR certification; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. Healthcare/senior living experience preferred; proficient with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office; fluent English (Spanish a plus). Responsibilities emphasize employee relations, compliance, performance management, recruitment, training, and confidential handling of information in a licensed residential care facility setting.
