Job Summary
Human Resources Manager responsible for leading end-to-end HR functions in a fast-growing pan-African digital bank. Drives talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, governance, and audits; guides performance management, organizational development, policy creation, remuneration and benefits administration, payroll support, HR analytics, and workforce planning. Partners with leadership to foster a high-performance, compliant, and people-centered culture. Requires 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, a bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field, and active membership in IHRM; CHRP certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certification such as CHRP or equivalent (added advantage)
- A full Member of IHRM with an active membership
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ progressive HR experience, preferably within a regulated or fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR governance, compliance, and employee relations practices
- Experience in HR audits, policy development, performance management, and HR operations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
Desired Qualifications
