Job Summary
Lead HR operations for 200+ warehouse, facilities, and office employees by building, coaching, and developing a high-performing team to support staffing a new facility. Collaborate with leadership on hiring, performance management, employee relations, and engagement while guiding performance conversations to maintain a productive workplace. Manage recruitment and retention strategies specifically for high-growth, shift, or warehouse settings, ensuring compliance with federal and Ohio labor laws. Requires a Bachelor's degree, seven years of HR experience, and knowledge of applicant tracking systems. Includes extended travel for initial training at Uline's North American locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field
- 7+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience
- previous management experience
- Knowledgeable of federal and Ohio labor and employment laws
- Strong recruiting background

- Extended travel for initial training at Uline's North American locations
- All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
