Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and offboarding. Develop and maintain HR policies compliant with local labor laws while coordinating performance appraisals and supporting line managers with development initiatives. Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring fair resolutions. Prepare accurate HR reports and metrics for management decisions and provide advisory services on client projects such as policy design and compliance audits. Champion initiatives to foster a positive work culture and drive engagement. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5–7 years of HR experience, and proficiency in HR software. Salary ranges from N400,000 to N600,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 – 7 years of progressive HR generalist experience
- at least 2 – 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong understanding of local labor laws
- HR best practices
- HR advisory processes
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Proficiency in HR software
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
