Job Summary
HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager role providing strategic advisory and operational leadership across multiple sites within the Tom Wood Group. Lead a team of 3 to 6 HR professionals, partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives, oversee employee relations and compliance, support HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and internal mobility. Travel between locations to maintain presence and build relationships; support compensation/benefits administration in partnership with HR leadership; uphold confidentiality and integrity across HR activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including Business Partner experience
- Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP or similar preferred)
- Ability to travel between locations on a regular basis.
