Job Summary
HR Manager to partner with the Sr Talent Business Partner to forecast, identify, build, and implement proactive talent solutions aligned with business goals. Responsibilities include performance management, employee relations, organizational development, workforce planning, onboarding and offboarding, data analytics to inform decisions, and collaboration with hiring managers to drive staffing and engagement. Manages employee investigations, exit processes, and KPI reporting; supports payroll and benefits coordination; coordinates on-site and off-site recruiting activities and talent management processes; ensures compliance with labor laws and maintains confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive Talent experience supporting Sr Leaders and aligning Talent to business goals
- Previous HR Generalist experience
- Up-to-date knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgement and diplomacy
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and payroll/timesheet management (Kronos)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder management
