Lead and develop the HR team, oversee performance management processes and employee development, drive recruitment strategy and workforce planning, build engagement and retention initiatives, partner with leadership to support growth and organizational effectiveness, and ensure compliance with employment standards and best practices. Experience includes HR leadership (5+ years), performance management, talent development, and strong communication/leadership skills for an executive-visible, hands-on and strategic role.
