Job Summary
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals. Lead full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee engagement, and payroll. Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and industry-specific safety regulations. Partner with departmental heads to assess staffing needs and oversee HR reporting, budgeting, and headcount planning. Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution while supporting organizational development and succession planning. Based at HQ in Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, this role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and at least seven years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or heavy industries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 7 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or heavy industries
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
