Job Summary
Drive end-to-end talent acquisition, profiling, and recruitment aligned with client requests while maintaining a healthy talent pipeline. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback for service improvement, ensure client compliance with legislation, and conduct routine audits of outsourced staff working environments. Formulate and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support corporate objectives and ensure regulatory compliance. Develop job descriptions, manage workforce planning, and lead staff development programs through training needs analysis. Design performance management systems linked to rewards, benchmark compensation practices, and resolve staff disputes to foster a conducive working environment. Manage industrial relations matters and uphold internal controls with high ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Human Resources, or any other related field from a recognized institution
- Professional qualification in HR and be a member of IHRM
- 6 years' experience in Human Resources Management with at least 3 years in a managerial position
- Exposure in performance and talent management
- Have a clear grasp of the Kenyan Labour Laws and related policy framework
- Experience in driving a high-performance culture
