Job Summary
Oversees HR administration and compliance, policy development and communication, interpretation and application of the collective bargaining agreement, and administration of employee handbooks. Leads employee investigations and disciplinary meetings, drives employee engagement and culture, manages compliance reporting (ATA, EEO Component 1, DFEH, etc.), and supports goal setting, training delivery, and performance management. Directs budgeting for HR, coaches staff, and coordinates with management to resolve employee relations issues while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and an Employer of Choice posture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Five or more years of experience in human resources; SHRM CP or SCP accreditation preferred
- Three to five years of knowledge of HRIS and reporting. Experience with UKG and WFM a plus.
- Experience working with and interpreting a Collective Bargaining Agreement
