Job Summary
Manage a broad set of HR generalist duties including policies, safety, benefits, compensation, performance management, labor relations and staffing. Lead recruitment and selection with hiring managers, analyze headcount and turnover to inform policies, administer personnel transactions, oversee salary administration and performance review processes, manage benefits inquiries, coordinate on-site training and maintain training records, administer Affirmative Action Program, oversee workers' compensation reporting, drive labor relations including grievance and contract administration, represent the organization in workers' compensation, unemployment, legal and community matters, coordinate separations and exit interviews, supervise plant HR staff and payroll, monitor attendance, sponsor Employee Relations events, collaborate with EHS on safety initiatives, and perform special projects. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 5-7 years HR experience, with strong leadership, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
