Human Resources Manager

Lead site human resources programs and services at Plant 8S, aligning people strategies with operational priorities and business objectives. Administer all site HR practices, including workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and change management. Conduct workplace investigations, advise leaders on employee relations and performance management, and manage recruiting, onboarding, and retention processes. Oversee reward and recognition programs, maintain training records, and use workforce data to identify risks and capability gaps. Serve as a strategic partner to the Plant Manager and site leadership while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements. Work an 8-hour non-rotating shift with a morning start, reporting to the Plant Manager.
