Job Summary
Recruit, hire, and onboard new hires while administering internal job transfers and managing partner relations across the plant and distribution center. Lead policy administration, performance management, and training initiatives, collaborating with leadership to implement strategic workforce planning and improve standard processes. Maintain partner and position information in HR Systems including Workday and Kronos, lead customer audits for Code of Conduct, Sociability, and Sustainability, and communicate compensation and benefits to partners. This 100% on-site role at the Fairview, MO manufacturing facility requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of HR experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business, HR or related field
- 3+ years of experience in human resources and/or leadership
- Proven technical expertise in human resources practices and procedures, employment law and labor law
- Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations in an engaging manner
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a larger team
- Demonstrated ability to service customers
- Ability to solve problems
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Ability to evaluate the financial impact of various HR & labor practices
- Ability to navigate Microsoft Office
- Aptitude to become an expert in Workday, Kronos, and other internal software systems
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance (at least state minimum)
- Acceptable driving record per Schreiber Foods discretion
- Vehicle that will ensure applicant can meet the travel necessities of the position
- Authorization to work in the country in which the role is based
Desired Qualifications
- equivalent experience will be considered
- 3+ years of experience in human resources and/or leadership is preferred
- Ability to travel approximately 1-2x/year to attend internal leadership training
