Human Resources Manager

Human Resources Manager responsible for acting as an HR generalist with a strong focus on employee retention, learning and development, performance management, career and professional development, and employee engagement. Partners with business leaders to design development plans, coordinates talent management programs including onboarding and performance management, organizes leadership training and career initiatives, advises managers on HR and people management, champions employee engagement and internal communications, contributes to resource planning and organizational design, and supports benefits and compensation discussions. Requires strategic thinking, strong communication, knowledge of employment law, and proficiency with HRIS, LMS, and ATS. Base pay range: $100,000–$120,000; located in Chicago, IL. This role seeks a candidate with a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in HR or related field, 5–8 years of HR experience, and HR certification preferred, to join a team focused on leadership development and future HR leadership opportunities.
