Job Summary
HR Manager to support multi-store and distribution-center operations across a multi-state territory; lead full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, leadership development, compliance, and data-driven HR practices to drive workforce effectiveness and engagement; collaborate with operational leaders, advise on performance management and policy implementation, monitor HR metrics, and support Total Rewards programs. Occasional travel 10–20% to support retail and distribution locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–7+ years of progressive HR experience
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred
- Experience in retail, multi-unit, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred
