Human Resources Manager (Retail Industry)

Job Summary
Plan, organize, and execute HR and Admin department requirements, including seeking and filling vacancies with suitable candidates. Manage payroll administration and statutory compliance for EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, and Income Tax. Formulate and implement company policies while ensuring staff compliance, and handle staff complaints, grievances, and disciplinary inquiries. Advise management on labor law and employment act issues. Requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial role, plus strong knowledge of payroll and labor law.
