Job Summary
Human Resources Manager responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and administering HR programs; partners with managers to define skills and competencies; implements new hire orientation; administers compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance and talent management, morale, occupational health and safety, and training; handles inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors; participates in disciplinary meetings and investigations; ensures compliance with laws and best practices; maintains knowledge of trends and regulatory changes in HR and employment law; utilizes ADP HRIS and talent management systems; requires 3-5 years HR experience and strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of human resource experience
- Proficiency with ADP HRIS and talent management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate
- Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
