Job Summary
Lead end-to-end recruitment, defining job requirements, crafting descriptions, and managing the interview process for all positions. Develop strategies to attract and retain top technical talent while overseeing onboarding and integrating new hires into the remote culture. Serve as a trusted advisor on conflict resolution, performance management, and career development to foster engagement and morale. Design and implement performance processes aligned with organizational goals, analyzing key metrics like turnover and satisfaction to drive data-informed decisions. Manage HR policies, handbooks, and compliance in a fully remote setting, ensuring legal adherence while leveraging HRIS and ATS systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years as an HR Manager or similar role
- Experience within the tech industry or a fast-paced remote work environment
- Strong understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Expertise in managing remote teams and understanding the unique challenges and opportunities of remote work culture
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
