Job Summary
Human Resources Manager overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance across the organization. Lead development and implementation of HR policies, DEI initiatives, workforce planning, and HR analytics. Partner with senior leadership to align HR objectives with business goals; manage budgets, coordinate with third-party providers, and drive employee engagement and retention. Manage an HR team and provide coaching, development, and strategic guidance in a manufacturing environment. Includes orientation, onboarding, training, succession planning, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Occasional international travel and cross-functional collaboration with leadership to support organizational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of management experience
