Job Summary
HR Manager who will run daily HR department functions including hiring/interviewing staff, administering pay/benefits/leave, and enforcing policies. Responsibilities include coordinating enrollments, payroll processing, ensuring compliance with federal/state laws, maintaining HRIS/ATS knowledge, conducting background checks, onboarding and employee recognition programs, training and development, handling employee inquiries, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting performance management and discipline. Requires strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/talent management systems; and at least one year of HR management experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration; SHRM-CP a plus.
