Job Summary
Manage all activities related to HR at the group level, including implementing and overseeing the HR system for recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, and industrial relations. Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws while assisting the Group Human Resources Director on day-to-day HR functions. Requires a BSC (Hons) in Human Resources Management, with an MBA in HRM advantageous, and a minimum of 5-7 years of general HR experience.
Required Qualifications
- Degree: BSC (Hons) Human Resources Management
- A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in general Human resources
- Good mastery and knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements

- Masters Level: MBA Specialisation HRM
