Job Summary
HR Manager at Plexus responsible for leading site HR efforts and acting as business partner to the site leader. Oversees recruitment strategies, staffing, training, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and HRMS administration. Coaches site management, drives talent development, succession planning, and aligns HR initiatives with corporate strategy. Ensures legal compliance across federal, state, and local employment laws; builds strong relationships with employees and corporate HR; leads recruitment lifecycle and talent-pool development; supports health, safety, and security; and demonstrates Plexus Core Values while delivering leadership and organizational development. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years related experience; a proactive, strategic thinker with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 or more years of related HR experience
- Demonstrated effective management skills and employee development background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- PHR or SPHR certification a plus
