Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager will develop and enforce HR policies to enhance employee experience, manage talent acquisition processes, oversee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll functions, compliance, employee relations, and health & safety programs. The position requires conducting job analyses, managing relationships with HR vendors, facilitating training, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least eight years of HR experience, along with SPHR-SCP or SPHR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology
- Minimum of eight years of experience providing HR generalist support in a corporate environment
Desired Qualifications
- SPHR-SCP or SPHR Certification
