Job Summary
Human Resources Manager responsible for leading core HR functions in a manufacturing setting, including recruiting/talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, policy development, compliance, payroll support, and labor relations. Partners with leadership and production teams to foster a positive employee experience, ensures regulatory compliance, delivers HR metrics/reports, and maintains HRIS systems. Requires strong communication, knowledge of employment law, and experience in a manufacturing environment; SHRM/HRCI certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience
