Job Summary
Establish HR partnership and employee support for manufacturing and operations teams during non-traditional working hours. Reduce escalation lag, close open employee relations items, and build cross-shift communication to align day and night teams while maintaining operational continuity. Distinguish between independently resolvable issues and those requiring executive HR consultation to mitigate compliance risk. On-site presence required Tuesday through Saturday, 4:30 p.m. EST to 12:30 a.m. EST.
