Job Summary
Develop and implement personnel policies, procedures, and handbooks while administering benefit programs including life, health, dental, and retirement plans. Manage claims resolution, cost-effective policy evaluations, and employee assistance services. Recruit, interview, and select candidates for vacant positions, then conduct orientation and coordinate training in interviewing, hiring, and performance reviews. Maintain comprehensive records for government reporting, analyze industry trends through legislation and collective bargaining studies, and advise management on equal employment opportunities and employee relations issues. Ensure full compliance with federal and state laws through legal counsel consultation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- minimum of four years related exempt level experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
