Job Summary
Oversee Organizational Development, Policies & Procedures, Recruitment, Workday, Insights, HR Policy, and External Communication. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals while managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer. Design company policies, manage compensation and benefits plans, and organize learning and development programs. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances and providing performance management guidance. Monitor HR metrics, review departmental budgets, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Assist with leave of absences including FMLA and ADA, and maintain HR procedures that adhere to labor regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
- Solid understanding of labor law legislation
- Excellent communication abilities
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to develop hiring strategies along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR or relevant certification is preferred
