Human Resources Manager

Manage and oversee daily Human Resources Department operations, serving as a liaison between management and employees to address inquiries and resolve work-related concerns using trauma-responsive practices. Interpret and administer HR policies, maintain accurate personnel files, and ensure completion of all required new-hire documentation including I-9 verification. Analyze HR data to identify trends, investigate work-related injuries, and support audit preparation while promoting the Sanctuary Model's core commitments. Provide transparent information to employees regarding policies, benefits, and promotional opportunities in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
