Job Summary
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee status changes within the ADP system and HR tracking tools. Monitor employee performance, manage discipline processes and union grievances, and handle termination payouts and final pay calculations. Calculate attrition ratings, manage FMLA and military leave requests, and respond to unemployment claims while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment regulations. Develop innovative policies, design training programs, and lead appraisal meetings to support workforce strategy. Assist in preparing daily through annual reports and propose continuous process improvements.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree
- Human Resources Manager: 2 years
- Desk Top Publishing: 1 year
- ADP Experience: 1 year
- Ability to work remotely from time to time
- Ability to work independently
- Develop working relationships with colleagues in office and remote employees
- Strong desk top publishing skills
- ADP experience
- Written communication skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree Preferred
- Experience in Government Contracting with McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act contracts
- Davis Bacon experience
- Government Contracting: 1 year
