Job Summary
Oversee talent and recruitment operations, including collaborating with hiring managers to staff stores and managing the new hire and orientation process. Maintain accurate digital employee files, ensure completion of onboarding documents like I-9 and W-4 within the three-day timeframe, and use the E-Verify system to confirm employment eligibility. Work from home options available with a flexible schedule. Maintain a friendly presence in all store locations while ensuring all employees and management understand HR policies and company requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 Years of experience
- Proficient in excel, word, Google documents, database systems, and ADP workforce.
- Working knowledge of HR practices, employment law basics, and benefits administration
- Solid organizational skills, time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the capability to oversee many aspects of the business in a fast-paced environment.
