Experienced Human Resources Manager to lead a patient-centric HR function for a high-risk obstetrics practice. Responsibilities include establishing and overseeing recruiting, testing, interviewing, employee development, and pay structures; managing bi-weekly payroll coordination with Accounting; administering PTO, maintaining HR records, scheduling management conferences, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role requires strong communication and facilitation skills, capability to counsel managers on candidate selection, performance management, and disciplinary actions, plus the ability to design and monitor HR processes, surveys, and pay strategies. The position operates in a professional healthcare setting with potential travel/overtime and a Bachelor’s degree is required.
