Job Summary
HR Manager at Loadmaster responsible for payroll processing, benefits administration, onboarding, recruitment, and employee relations. Will manage staff payroll records, conduct pre-employment/reference/background checks, coordinate interviews, maintain employee records, and support HR policy compliance. Requires strong communication, teamwork, organization, time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Must pass background and drug screening; proficient with MS Office and English-language communication. Full-time role with standard M-F schedule in CST time zone.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background screening and drug screening
- Basic math and computer skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Associate Degree or greater preferred
- Experience in a Human Resources function preferred
