Job Summary
Human Resources Manager – Legal at Bank of America leads HR strategy for large, complex business units within the Legal line of business. Responsibilities include delivering tactical HR plans to achieve objectives across talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, regulatory compliance, performance management, and employee engagement and development; partners with HR leadership and business leaders to align programs with enterprise culture and conduct principles; manages workforce activities including headcount reporting, financials, promotions, and cross-HR initiatives; leverages analytics to inform decision making and supports leadership with guidance on compensation strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Experience in client management around complex strategic HR issues such as talent management, employee relations, org design/development, change management
- Experience working with business leaders on HR strategy
- Proven track record in developing strategy and driving change to drive business results
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed groups of associates
- Ability to influence using technical HR expertise, business acumen, and relationship skills
- Strong interpersonal alliances at all levels
- Strategic enterprise/global mindset to connect dots and avoid silos
- Knowledge of HR processes related to compensation, talent acquisition, and employee programs
