Human Resources Manager

Job Summary
Lead day-to-day HR operations across Dubai and Ajman, overseeing employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through offboarding, maintaining HR records and documentation, and supporting payroll inputs. Act as the first point of contact for employee-related matters, drive policy development and process improvements, and partner with recruitment and leadership to align HR activities with business needs. Required to have a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Psychology (or related field) and CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, with 6-8 years of progressive HR experience and strong understanding of UAE labor law. The role involves hands-on, visible HR execution across two locations with utmost discretion and sound judgment, and offers strategic advisory support to the CEO and leadership team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Professional HR qualification (minimum CIPD Level 5 or equivalent)
- 6-8 years of HR experience with broad generalist exposure
- Experience handling employee lifecycle processes end-to-end
- Familiarity with UAE labor law and HR compliance requirements
