Job Summary

Strategic HR Manager responsible for succession planning, employee engagement, retention, benefits administration, payroll, and supporting recruiting across the organization; partners with regional leadership to align people strategies with business objectives across the full employee lifecycle; leads compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and supports performance management, employee relations, and open enrollment; demonstrates strong communication and analytical skills and fosters a people-first culture.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and benefits administration
  • Proven experience in succession planning, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll practices, and HR best practices
  • Ability to travel domestically 20-30%
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred
