Job Summary
Lead HR operations for Evansville manufacturing sites as HR Business Partner; partner with HR and Operations leadership to deliver on business objectives and share best practices; manage compliance across compensation, hiring, FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Comp, COBRA, I-9s, staffing, retention and terminations; drive change and transformation initiatives; coach and develop leadership; apply strong business acumen to align HR strategies with organizational goals; ensure accountability and measurable results through project management and collaborative partnerships across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or appropriate certification/accreditation or equivalent work experience/education is required
- Must have 7 years of successful, relevant HR experience
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Proven experience leading HR transformation initiatives with demonstrated success in driving impactful, results-oriented outcomes that align with organizational goals
- In compliance with the law, all new hires will be required to complete a background check and pre-employment screen
