Job Summary
Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies across talent, organization design, leadership capability, and culture. Lead workforce planning efforts to ensure the organization has the right talent, skills, and structure to meet current and future needs, while developing retention strategies and robust succession plans. Serve as a trusted advisor to drive performance, strengthen leadership capability, and foster a high-engagement culture through engagement initiatives and actionable improvement plans. Provide data-driven insights using workforce metrics to influence decision-making and support Lean management principles for continuous improvement. Ensure effective execution of core HR processes, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee relations matters, while identifying opportunities for process simplification and automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience
- significant experience in an HR leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and operate with credibility at all levels
- Strong business acumen with experience aligning people strategies to operational and financial outcomes
- Deep knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices
