Job Summary
Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies across talent, organization design, and culture. Lead workforce planning, retention strategies, and succession pipelines while providing data-driven insights on safety, turnover, and engagement to influence decision-making. Coach managers on inclusive leadership behaviors, manage organizational design and change initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Execute core HR processes including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement surveys while monitoring process effectiveness for continuous improvement. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and an advocate for employees across the manufacturing site.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience
- significant experience in an HR leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and operate with credibility at all levels
- Strong business acumen with experience aligning people strategies to operational and financial outcomes
